Mobilization Requirements
Sovereign Members enjoy 24/7 on-demand transport with priority response. All other clients require a 7-day advance notice for mobilization, with the exception of local medical/surgical and post-procedure transport which may be arranged on shorter notice.
Private Driver Ground Transport
A dedicated private driver — not public rideshare — arranged exclusively for MedSurgGo clients undergoing surgical procedures. Your driver can operate your vehicle or arrive in their own insured vehicle.
We Drive Your Car
Your driver arrives at your location, drives your personal vehicle to and from the surgical facility — no need to arrange additional transport.
Driver Brings Their Vehicle
Your assigned private driver arrives in their own fully insured, inspected, luxury-grade vehicle — climate controlled and medically prepared.
Insurance Verification Required
All first-time clients must complete an insurance verification check before booking. This protects you, your vehicle, and our drivers. Plan ahead — allow 3–5 business days.
Book Well in Advance
Private driver ground transport requires advance scheduling. Same-day requests are not available. Sovereign Members receive priority placement.
